We have three different room categories.
Due to the archetectural structure of the building, we don’t have uniform rooms,
but many unique rooms, each with a special charm of its own,
which makes it very difficult to classify them in clearly defined rate categories.
Rooms: size: from 16m² to 40m², suite 50m²
beds: from 90cm x 200cm to 160cm x 200cm
(partially extra-long beds up to 220cm)
Bathrooms: shower or bathtub or even whirlpool tub
many different lay-outs and sizes
The categorization of room types is mainly based on size, location and bedding equipment (smaller rooms/beds tend to be comfort rooms, bigger ones luxury rooms).

Since we feel that there are too few hot enough days in Passau to warrant an AC unit we decided an installment in our rooms is not feasable.
